Embracing the new age of competition

The RightBrains Digital Leadership Programme aims to create a supportive environment where women can learn, share experiences, and grow together in their careers. Each module will feature expert-led sessions from distinguished instructors, providing diverse perspectives while fostering collaboration and networking among participants.

By the end of the first module, you will be empowered to articulate the importance of adapting to technological changes and equipped to navigate the challenges and opportunities in this new age of competition.

  • A broad technological and organisational overview of Artificial Intelligence
    Explore the foundational aspects of AI and its diverse applications. This day provides a comprehensive overview of how AI can unlock innovation within organisations. Participants will learn strategies to integrate AI effectively, driving productivity and enhancing decision-making processes.
  • Cybersecurity perspective on new and disruptive technologies
    With the rise of new technologies comes the challenge of cybersecurity. This day highlights the intersection of cybersecurity and innovation, empowering participants to understand and mitigate the risks associated with disruptive technologies. Learn to build resilient cybersecurity frameworks that protect organisations against evolving threats.
  • How to become a data-driven organisation
    Data is a valuable asset in today’s digital landscape. This day focuses on transforming participants’ organisations into data-driven powerhouses. Gain expertise in leveraging big data for actionable insights, implementing robust data governance, and cultivating a culture of data literacy that drives informed strategic decisions.
  • Addressing emerging ethical challenges
    As technology advances, so do ethical dilemmas. This day addresses the pressing need for ethical considerations in tech. Participants will learn to navigate the complexities of digital ethics, establishing and implementing guidelines that align technology use with organisational values, thereby fostering responsible innovation.

The module is part of the Digital Leadership Programme which starts in October 2025. The dates for module 1 are: 14 & 15 October 2025; and 19 & 20 November 2025. 

You choose to follow this module stand-alone. The cost is €2,950, excluding VAT and accommodation. Or you can also follow this module together with the first two days of module 2 about strategy and leadership. The cost is €4,500.
