Module 2 - Digital Leadership Programme
Strategic response to technological change
Digital transformation necessitates rethinking business strategies, leadership, innovation, people and processes. To achieve success in the digital age, companies need to revisit and rethink the concept of leadership, revolutionise the way they operate and interact, and look to cultivate a new generation of leaders for the future.
For many leaders, this requires a change in mindset as they must cultivate an openness to the possibilities of innovation as well as the ability to drive technological, operational and organisational change.
Learning objectives
- Work with wicked problems. Learn how to look at strategic challenges in different ways.
- Understand how to cope with the past, the current and the future.
- Understand the capabilities required for a digital leader and how to lead a community of digital talent.
- Learn about the characteristics of inclusive leadership and self-evaluation, and what interventions can be used to de-bias organisations.
- Trained to identify and prepared to pursue opportunities for innovation in your organisation.
- Learn how to make strategic innovation choices with methods like lean startup.
- Able to choose where to organise innovation and which choices you need to make.
- Understand the impact of technological change on organisational development and people strategies.
This module is part of the Digital Leadership Programme which starts in October 2025. The dates for module 2 are: 16 & 17 December 2025; and 16 & 17 January 2026. (Dates to be confirmed.)
You can choose to follow module 2 together with the first two days of module 3 about design thinking and change management. The cost is €4,500. You can also follow module 2 and module 3 together. The cost for two modules is €5,650.
