The learning journeys combine interactive video, personal exercises, walkthrough examples, and explanatory media to help you learn. RightBrains has selected the following learning tracks for you with a special offer rate.

Learning track 1 – Become data and AI literate

This journey targets travelers who want to get a taste of big data and AI. For this journey follow Data Driven Business I – Foundation followed by AI in one day.

Learning track 2  – Become a big data and analytics whiz woman

This journey targets deep-sea divers who want to dive into data and analytics. Follow Data Driven Business I – Foundation and progress to Data Driven Business II – Analytics and Management. Data Driven Business II will be available from early May.

Learning track 3 – Become an augmented human

This learning track targets senior travel guides responsible for travel groups. From Data Driven Business I – Foundation you continue your journey with Cognitive Augmentation (AI in one day is included). 

Learning goals for each journey

Data Driven Business I – Foundation 

In this journey, we guide you through the world of data and digital business.  This is intended as both inspiration and awareness building to start you on the path towards data literacy and becoming a digital native. The estimated time you spend on this journey is 4-6 hours. The learning objectives are:

  • Understand why data has become so important in business today
  • Discover the digital footprint that you have already left behind
  • Develop basic literacy around data and data analysis
  • Learn how data is used to derive valuable information
  • Start analysing data using visualisation techniques
 
AI in one day 

This learning journey takes you through the technology and techniques that lie behind smart applications such as expert systems and image recognition. The estimated time you spend on this journey is 6 to 8 hours. The learning objectives are:

  • Understand why Data, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence are vital for your future
  • Explore what Data Science and Artificial Intelligence are and how they create disruptive change
  • Learn what algorithms and machine learning are and how these are used
  • Become aware of the key risks and dilemma’s and what measures you can take to mitigate these
  • Learn how to get started with an application area
 
Data Driven Business II – Analytics and Management 

This journey prepares you for a data-driven world. This journey follows on from Data Driven Business I – Foundation by introducing basic data analytics and visualisation techniques and progresses to help you learn how to manage your data in an organisation. The estimated time you spend on this journey is 6 to 8 hours. The learning objectives are:

  • Learn how to work with data including ‘Big Data’
  • Apply a structured data analysis methodology
  • Perform basic data visualisation and analytics
  • Develop a data management strategy and plan
  • Raise your awareness of ethics and risks associated with data
 
Cognitive Augmentation (includes AI in one day

This journey enables senior managers to enhance their own personal decision making capability and that of their organisation using AI. The journey follows the same path as AI in one day but adds analysis of cognitive ability in humans and AI.  At the end of this journey, a manager will have a clear concept for building AI capabilities that can enable an organisation to win in a data-driven world (similar to Tesla or Google). The learning objectives are:

  • Understand why Data, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence are vital for your future
  • Explore what Data Science and Artificial Intelligence are and how they create disruptive change
  • Learn what algorithms and machine learning are and how these are used
  • Discover Cognitive Augmentation at both the individual and organisational levels
  • Become aware of the key risks and dilemma’s and what measures you can take to mitigate these
  • Learn how to get started with an application area
