Nominate your favourite digital talent and diversity leader

RightBrains and Computable invite you to nominate female talent and digital leaders who have made their mark in the field of digital technology. The purpose of the awards is to share inspiring role model stories and best practices.

Nominations are now open for the Digital Talent and Leadership awards. The deadline for nominations is 12 September 2021.

Nominees and award winners will be selected by a professional jury consisting of experts in the field of transformation. They are Kay Formanek (diversity and performance expert), Prof. dr. Erik Beulen (professor of information management at Tilburg University), Raymond Hannes (digital innovator), Cokky Hilhorst (Professor of Business & IT at Nijenrode) and Sander Hulsman (Computable).

The awards event will take place on 4 November 2021. Date to be confirmed.


Digital Leadership Award
These leaders have the growth of women in digital technology as an important goal on their strategic agenda. Nominate a director or senior manager who has incorporated diversity as a mindset for success and innovation within their organisation.

These young female professionals are a great example for the next generation. Nominate your favourite digital talent within one of the following categories: information security, data science, digital marketing, operations and technology and software development (coding).

Lisanne Brons, describes herself as an extrovert who thrives on interactions with different people. She started her career at Microsoft in 2012 as a User Experience Consultant; translating customer requirements into prototypes and designs. She now leads a team of technical solution specialists.
