Celebrate digital leaders

4 October 2022

12:00 pm - 06:00 pm CET

Our annual Awards Event 2022 will take place on 4 October with this year's theme: Be different. Enrich your digital future. The event takes place on diversity day at the beautiful location of KPN-Tower in Rotterdam where you are invited for a lunch starting at 12 pm. Registration closes Sept 30 at noon.

The official programme kicks off at 1 pm with a warm welcome from our hosts Paul Slot, EVP Infrastructure and diversity leader and Geke Rosier, Founder of RightBrains. We are proud to present our special guests who will inspire you with their journeys, experiences and visions:

Marguerite Soeteman-Reijnen, RightBrains ambassador and Chair Advisory Board SER Topvrouwen will open with the first keynote. According to Marguerite 'Change is the law of digital life'; digital leaders are reinventing and reinvigorating their companies from the past and present into the future. Marguerite will also reflect on the digital agenda of the G20.

Our second keynote speaker is Mimoent Haddouti, Global Head First Line Risk & Security at Rabobank and winner of the Digital Leadership & Diversity award in 2017. Mimoent will talk about her career and diversity; give you insights and developments in the Cyber World. She will zoom in on topics such as types of criminals, and what you can do yourself to prevent cybercrime. In the end, it's all about people.

The final keynote 'The Drive to Thrive' from Benji Coetzee, EVP Growth & Change at KPN and winner of the RightBrains Digital Leadership award 2021, will talk about the difference between passion and ambition, the difference between risk and freedom, and what does it take to thrive, to embody your passion, and not be scared of opinions of others.

At 3:30 pm all nominees will join the stage where they will be presented. The official programme ends with the announcement of the winners for the Digital Talent award and Digital Leadership & Diversity award. Then... it's time for drinks, to meet and mingle!

Check out the nominees!

RightBrains and Computable invited you to nominate female talent and leaders who have made their mark in digital technology. The purpose of the awards is to share inspiring role model stories and best practices. The Digital Leadership award goes to those leaders of organizations who don't only talk about bringing more gender balance in digital technology but have proven actions to success. The Digital Talent award goes to someone who is an example for the next generation of female digital talents. Female role models are essential for attracting and retaining more women in this field.

Find out who are the top 5 nominees for the Digital Leadership award and the top 10 nominations for the Digital Talent award. Public voting has ended on the 11th of September!
