The organisation of our yearly Awards Event 2022 has started. This year’s theme is: Be different. Enrich your digital insights. The event will be hosted by Paul Slot, eVP Infrastructure and diversity leader at KPN, and will take place on 4 October Diversity Day in the afternoon. We are proud to announce the first keynote speakers: Marguerite Soeteman-Reijnen, RightBrains ambassador and Chair Advisory Board SER Topvrouwen, and Iris de Jongh, Chief Data Officer at KPN. More information about the programme and location will follow.

Nominations start today

RightBrains and Computable invite you to nominate female talent and leaders who have made their mark in digital technology. The purpose of the awards is to share inspiring role model stories and best practices. The Digital Leadership award goes to those leaders of organisations who not only talk about bringing more gender balance in digital technology, but have proven actions to success. The Digital Talent award goes to someone who is an example for the next generation female digital talents. Female role models are essentials for attracting and retaining more women in this field.

Nominations are now open for the Digital Talent and Leadership awards. 12 June 2022 is the deadline and last day you can bring in your nominations.

The jury process

The top 5 nominees will be determined by an expert jury consisting of Kay Formanek (Author D&I, CEO Diversity and Performance), Prof. Dr. Erik Beulen (Professor of information management at Tilburg University), Dr. Jeroen van der Velden (Associate professor of strategy and director Center for Strategy, Organisation and Leadership at Nyenrode), Raymond Hannes (expert on Entrepreneurship and Innovation), Cokky Hilhorst (professor of business & it at Nyenrode) and Sander Hulsman (editor-in-chief Computable). The public vote and jury verdict each determine for half who will win on October 4, 2022.
