Digital Leadership Programme

Digital transformation in execution

Change processes in organisations can often be done much better. What helps is to make a sharp change diagnosis, make the right interventions and invest in the quality of change facilitators. By using the 7 Cs - context awareness, contract competence, commitment, compassion, conflict competence, creation competence and coalition competence - you will learn what qualities are needed to become a better change professional.

Understanding the design thinking concept is important to succesfully drive innovation and change. Innovation is more about people and organisation than about technology. What does a typical innovation iteration look like? How do you evaluate the results of an experiment and determine the next steps? How do you make decisions about whether your experiment was successful or not?

During this module you will also be introduced to fundamental programming concepts. Coding is the language of the digital age, which powers all the computer systems, apps, websites and software that we use every day. You will learn the modern approach to software development and teach you how basic coding works using the Python programming language.
