Empowerment through confidence

Letticia de Hart is a workshop facilitator, network builder and founder of the women’s network Wolfpack of Women. Following a tumultuous period in her personal life, she opted to channel her setbacks into establishing her business, which aims to make an impact and provide women with a powerful platform and a strong voice.

“Women of Wolfpack is not just a name; it is a symbol of empowerment and unity for women who, like me, have struggled with the complexity of balancing family, career, and personal challenges,” says Letticia. “As a working mother of three children, I have personally experienced the challenges of juggling the demands of modern life.”

She believes in the power of collaboration and solidarity and has committed herself to helping women overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. Through women's circles and coaching, the Wolfpack inspires women to achieve their goals and boost their self-confidence. Letticia also supports businesses in providing solutions to promote Diversity and Inclusion.

Letticia will be hosting a session on the topic ‘Self-confidence to get ahead at work’ at the RightBrains Growth and Mentor Programme for 2024. This session will aim to inspire mentees to take their careers to the next level and equip them with the right tools and strategies to find their way with confidence.
