Reset & Rise: RightBrains Women's Leadership Retreat

Don't just finish the year. Lead the next one with intention.

For more than a decade, RightBrains has worked to close the gender gap in digital and technology careers, through the Digital Talent Programme, the Digital Leadership Programme, coaching, mentoring, and a professional community of women building serious careers in tech.

Reset & Rise is a premium two-day women's leadership retreat for women who are ready to step away from the demands of everyday life, think strategically about what comes next, and intentionally design the next chapter of their leadership and life.

Through a carefully curated blend of leadership development, strategic reflection, wellbeing and meaningful connection, you'll leave with renewed clarity, greater confidence, practical direction, and a personal roadmap for 2027.

Leave 2026 lighter. Enter 2027 clearer.

Leadership begins with leading yourself.

Most leadership programmes teach you how to lead others.

Very few create the space to step back and ask: Where am I going? Is the life I'm building still aligned with the woman and leader I'm becoming?

Throughout the year, you've been moving. Contributing. Leading. Delivering. Supporting others. Making decisions. Meeting expectations. But somewhere beneath the pace of everyday life, there may also be a quieter question waiting to be heard.

What do I want next?

Reset & Rise was created for that moment. Not as an escape from leadership. But as an investment in it. Because the quality of your leadership depends on the quality of the decisions you make.  And the quality of your decisions depends on whether you've created enough space to think clearly.

For two days, you'll step away from the demands of work and life into an intimate experience designed to help you reflect on the year behind you, reconnect with what matters most, and intentionally design the year ahead.

Is this retreat for you?

Every woman's next chapter begins from a different place. As you look towards 2027, you may recognise yourself in one of these three seasons:

The Rising Leader. You're progressing in your career and know you're capable of more. You're looking for greater confidence, visibility and clarity about your next step.

The Crossroads Leader. You've built a successful career. Yet you're beginning to question whether your current path still reflects the woman you're becoming. You're ready to make your next move consciously - not by default.

The Reinventing Leader. You can feel one chapter coming to an end. Perhaps you're considering a new role. A different organisation. Starting a business. Returning to work. Or simply redefining success on your own terms.

Different journeys. One shared desire:

To lead the next chapter of your life with greater clarity, courage and intention.

Why Reset & Rise?

Leadership isn't built only in boardrooms. It is shaped in the quiet moments where we pause long enough to think clearly.

Reset & Rise creates something increasingly rare: Time, space... and perspective.

Over two immersive days, you'll have the opportunity to step away from your everyday responsibilities and invest in the leadership strategy that matters most: your own.

Rather than adding more information, another framework or another leadership model, this retreat helps you integrate everything you've already learned and translate it into clear decisions about where you want to go next.

Alongside practical leadership development, we've intentionally woven in wellbeing practices, guided reflection, nature, nourishing meals and restorative experiences as they create the conditions for better thinking, stronger decision-making and more sustainable leadership.

The Leadership Journey

The experience follows a deliberate journey: Release, Reset and Rise. Read more about the path and programme from Thursday to Saturday.

FAQs

Can my employer pay for this?

Absolutely. Many organisations support leadership development through Learning & Development budgets. We can provide an invoice and supporting information for approval.

Do I need to work in technology?

No. While many participants come through the RightBrains network, the retreat welcomes women from all industries and professions who are navigating growth, leadership or transition.

Will I know anyone?

Many participants attend on their own. The retreat has been intentionally designed to foster meaningful conversations and genuine connection from the moment you arrive.

Can I really justify two days away?

The women who most need to step back are the ones who never do. This is a deliberate investment, and you'll return more focused, not further behind.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations more than 60 days before the retreat receive a full refund, less a €100 administration fee. Between 30–60 days, 50% of your retreat fee will be refunded. Within 30 days, fees are non-refundable, although you are welcome to transfer your place to another participant nominated by you. If we are able to fill your place from our waiting list, we will refund your fee (less the administration fee). In the unlikely event that RightBrains cancels the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

The beginning of an annual tradition

Reset & Rise is the inaugural edition of the RightBrains Women's Leadership Retreat.

Each year, we will gather with a new annual theme, creating a dedicated moment to pause, reflect and intentionally design the year ahead.

Our vision is that this becomes an annual leadership ritual for women—a weekend set aside each year to invest in themselves, reconnect with what matters and lead the next chapter with intention.

Before 2027 asks anything of you, decide what you want from it.

Give yourself two days to step away from the pace, honour the year you've lived and become intentional about the year ahead.

Leave behind what no longer deserves your energy. Reconnect with what matters. Return with the clarity, confidence and courage to move forward on your terms.

Leave 2026 lighter. Enter 2027 clearer.

26–28 November 2026 | New Eden, Friesland | Early Bird until 20 September.
