RightBrains Awards 2025: And the winners are...

RightBrains recently hosted a spectacular Celebration Event at Randstad Digital to honour the nominees and winners of the RightBrains Awards 2025, and to explore the theme Finding focus in the age of acceleration. This annual gathering highlighted the power of community, storytelling, and events in driving meaningful change within the industry.

Keynote speakers Anke den Ouden (winner of the 2024 Digital Leadership & Diversity award) and Amir Arooni, Diversity Leader and COO at BNG Bank, shared a powerful message on leading with purpose and inclusivity in an era of rapid technological and societal acceleration. Anke emphasised that amid constant change, focus is a vital leadership skill anchored in universal constants—empathy, trust, human connection, and inclusion. Amir underscored that the future of technology depends on diversity and women’s active participation—not as an adaptation to tech, but as a reshaping of it. He called for a shift from “fixing women” to “fixing technology,” highlighting that diverse perspectives drive innovation, ethical progress, and societal balance. Both leaders urged action through empathy, courage, and collaboration.

The annual RightBrains Celebration Event also spotlighted the nominees of the Rightbrains Awards, where the winners were announced.

 The winners are:

  • Digital Leadership & Diversity award – Angelina Best, CEO at Levi9 Technologies.
  • Digital Talent award – Emily van Putten, founder at Beleeve.
  • Honourable mention – Norian Wasch – Group Director Procurement & ESG at Eurofiber.

RightBrains extends heartfelt congratulations to all nominees who took the stage, showcasing outstanding talent and contributions to the digital sector.
