Celebrating another successful Digital Leadership Programme
The DLP equips female leaders with the tools to navigate digital transformation: from advanced AI and data-driven decision-making to responsible technology, cybersecurity, innovation, and organisational change. Along the way, they engaged with expert teachers, including Jan Veldsink, Alex Dowdalls, Marieke Peeters, Dina Hadziosmanovic, Jeroen van der Velden, Kay Formanek, Frauke Wessel, Raymond Hannes, and Steven van den Heuvel.
The final day was a celebration of learning and reflection. Participants shared how they plan to apply their insights within their organisations, followed by inspiring career stories from Anke Gajentaan, CIO of Transavia, and Jacob Grootte, Interim CIO of Althio.
As Iris van der Hart and Sarah Schleeper from KPN reflected: “Beyond practical tactics and valuable psychological insights, the Digital Leadership Programme helped us grow in navigating ourselves and our teams in a constantly evolving digital world. The inspiring group of teachers and ambitious women created a safe, supportive, and fun learning space that made the entire journey truly special.”
Ariana del Rosario from FIME added: “Digital transformation is not a technology challenge—it’s a leadership discipline. Thanks to the experienced and inspiring lecturers, the programme has equipped me with relevant knowledge and tools to embrace that challenge.”
“We are incredibly proud of this year’s participants,” said Geke Rosier, founder of RightBrains. “The Digital Leadership Programme is about more than technology. It’s about empowering women to lead with insight, empathy, and courage in a rapidly evolving digital world.”
Thanks to our teachers, participants, supporting organisations — Athora, KPN, VodafoneZiggo, Belastingdienst, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Worldline, Eurofiber, CGI, AET Europe and Deloitte — and keynote speakers on the final day for making this edition unforgettable.
