Rightbrains launches second edition of DIGIDIVA magazine

RightBrains has just unveiled the second edition of the glossy publication, the DIGIDIVA Magazine, at our Annual Inspiration event at HEINEKEN in Amsterdam.

Former Minister Micky Adriaansens, Chairman of the Board at Nyenrode Business University, was presented with the first copy of the 2025 edition, of which she also wrote the foreword. “The digital sector is evolving rapidly, bringing new opportunities – and new responsibilities. The decisions we make now will shape the future for generations to come. Initiatives like RightBrains and this year’s edition of?the DIGIDIVA Magazine?play an important role in shaping that future,” she shared.

“The overarching theme for this year’s magazine is United, explains editor, Carine du Pisanie. Our aim for the magazine and the launch event was to bring together different role players within the digital technology industry. We hoped to underline how a connected, human-centered digital industry can lead to a brighter future. We are extremely satisfied with how these topics came forward so organically in the magazine content. It’s humbling that it has been so well-received by our industry partners, sponsors and supporters. We trust it will add value to the careers of our readers, too.”

RightBrains worked with various role players across many local companies to bring the publication to life, which includes role model stories, reflections from digital leaders, diversity drivers, a book and author spotlight and thought leadership. The topics covered include Sustainability in IT, digital recruitment trends, the importance of frameworks and cross-industry collaboration for ethical AI practices, and advice for those pursuing a path towards digital leadership.

The RightBrains Inspiration event, hosted at the Heineken Experience in Amsterdam, featured additional keynotes from Ronald den Elzen, Chief Digital and Technology Officer at HEINEKEN, who unpacked the importance of balancing human intuition and connection with AI-driven strategies in a digital-first world and demonstrated how diversity fuels deeper consumer understanding. Elisabeth Hankeln, MD of Cloud Infra at Eurofiber, delved into why invisible systems, from cloud to undersea cables, shape our everyday lives and how emerging technologies like AI, cloud and quantum depend on rarely seen networks, and why they matter.

“The launch of the magazine supports the mission of RightBrains to bridge the gender gap and create a diverse and inclusive digital world through education, inspiration, and networking,” adds Geke Rosier, RightBrains founder. “Thank you to all the parties who helped bring this event to life to make this such a powerful embodiment of our mission in action,” she concludes.
