RightBrains launches third edition of DIGIDIVA magazine
RightBrains has just unveiled the third edition of the glossy publication, DIGIDIVA Magazine, at our annual Inspiration event at the SAS Institute in Huizen.
Marieke Snoep, Member of the Board of Management at KPN and Chief Consumer Market, received the first copy of the 2026 edition in addition to being a featured role model in this year's issue. She reminded us why real, lived human insight and stories matter more than ever, while sharing some defining moments from her personal journey and remarkable people-driven passion. "The room you give to others is the room you gain yourself," she shared.
“The overarching theme for this year’s magazine is Convergence for Creation, explains editor, Carine du Pisanie. "Convergence is what happens when separate ideas, fields, or technologies move closer together until they merge. Through this process, strengths are combined, gaps are filled, and new possibilities take shape. And at RightBrains, we believe that the collaborative insights of many diverse minds are needed to bring about something extraordinary and future-proof. We believe that convergence can lead to the creation of entirely new frontiers. So for this year’s issue of DIGIDIVA Magazine, we set out to explore what convergence looks like in practice. We did this through the stories of female leaders and male allies who lead with passion and perseverance, even when things get complex. We approached this through a human lens, focusing on personal ambitions that, together, form a rich and varied picture of expertise, one that may one day come together in ways we can't yet predict."
RightBrains worked with various role players across many local companies to bring the publication to life, which includes role model stories, reflections from digital leaders, diversity drivers, a book and author spotlight and thought leadership. The topics covered include mentoring best practices, an exploration into sustainable business models, the importance of frameworks and cross-industry collaboration for ethical AI practices, and advice for those pursuing a path towards digital leadership.
The RightBrains Inspiration Event, hosted at the SAS Institute in Huizen, featured additional keynotes from Véronique Van Vlasselaer (Head of Data Science, EMEA at SAS), who spoke about Human Ingenuity in the Age of AI and Kay Formanek (Author, Founder & CEO at Diversity & Performance), who shared some key highlights that she will be unpacking in her upcoming book, The DEI Reset: The Leadership Guide to Building Resilience Through Diversity. The event also featured a panel discussion with Norian Wasch, Director of Procurement & ESG at Eurofiber, Sylvia Korzilius, who leads Customer Success across Benelux and the Nordics at SAS, and Marieke Snoep. The group unpacked some new technologies and convergences that are inspiring them in their respective industries, what the realities are in terms of implementation and scaling, and the practical solutions to address them for their organisations, industries and customers.
“The launch of the magazine supports the mission of RightBrains to bridge the gender gap and create a diverse and inclusive digital world through education, inspiration, and networking,” adds Robert Laman, RightBrains co-owner. “Thank you to all the parties who helped bring this event to life to make this such a powerful embodiment of our mission in action,” he concludes.
