Carine Du Pisanie: Turning Inspiration into action

Tuesday, January 27, 2026

Women and male allies in digital technology have powerful stories to tell—and it’s my role to help articulate those journeys in a way that inspires others.

My background spans advertising and education, with storytelling and creativity at the core. As digital marketing, social media, and SaaS platforms reshaped the communications landscape, I increasingly found myself working at the intersection of technology, strategy, and human connection. RightBrains became the place where those worlds came together within a sector that truly matters for the future of our society.

At RightBrains, I lead operations and take an active role in strategic marketing and communication, working closely with our RightBrains Academy programmes and serving as Client Service Lead for our partners. As we enter a new phase of growth, my focus is on strengthening how we show up—strategically, operationally, and as a trusted voice in the ecosystem.

As editor of the DIGIDIVA Magazine and profile writer for RightBrains, I’ve conducted dozens of interviews with CIOs, senior leaders and digital talents across the Netherlands. A clear pattern keeps emerging: women in digital technology are optimistic about the future, grounded in their expertise, and driven by impact. That spirit defines our community and it’s what continues to motivate my work every day.

Inspiration matters…but only when it leads to performance. My ultimate focus is on building pathways that turn inspiration into action and potential into skills towards measurable impact for our partners and community.
