Kinga Bali: Building the unforgettable you

Tuesday, March 10, 2026

Kinga Bali is a visibility architect, framework designer, and founder of TheUnforgettable.me. For over two decades she has built positioning, narrative, and leadership systems for global executives, scale-ups, and senior teams across Europe and the US. Her work sits at the intersection of behavioural science, digital strategy, and evidence-based reputation design.

Kinga’s research—developed through her MBA thesis and dozens of interviews with women in technical and leadership roles—led to the creation of the iX3 Framework, a structural model used in universities, EMBA programmes, corporate academies, and leadership cohorts. More than 500 professionals have used her frameworks to build clarity, authority, and durable presence in competitive environments.

She became a LinkedIn Top Voice not through “posting more,” but by applying her own systems: strategic authorship, structured narrative design, and visibility architecture refined over 20 years. Today, she teaches these methods to women in tech who want to build influence without distortion, burnout, or performative branding.

Her upcoming workshop at the RightBrains Digital Talent Programme, Building The Unforgettable You is based on her book The Unforgettable You: 21 Lies to Unlearn, a research-backed guide to visibility and authorship in the age of AI. The programme focuses on structural tools — equipping participants to position their work clearly, communicate their value, and navigate systems where recognition is rarely automatic.
