Kinga Bali is a founder and CCO (Chief Content Officer) and Global Corporate Leader turned entrepreneur. When not helping executives craft their unforgettable personal brands through TheUnforgettable.me, she is working to save the oceans at The Ocean Cleanup as Global Head of Digital Marketing.

As a Linkedin Top Voice, Kinga specialises in empowering executives and professionals to build impactful personal brands through strategic storytelling, thought leadership, and digital innovation. Her practical focus areas include executive ghostwriting, keynotes, workshops, and content strategies, designed to elevate the leadership presence of individuals in today’s fast-evolving digital landscape.

Kinga initially became involved as a mentor in the RightBrains Digital Talent Programme last year, where her expertise in the field of personal branding organically led to an ad hoc session on the topic. This year, we are delighted to welcome her as a teacher in the official 2025 programme, where she will be addressing the topic ‘Building an unforgettable you on LinkedIn.’ One of the key objectives of her session is for participants to learn to translate self-awareness into a professional brand that is visible and impactful, particularly on LinkedIn. Her session will also aid participants in crafting a standout profile, showcasing a strength-driven narrative, and tips on how to leverage LinkedIn for growth.

“Successful leaders are unforgettable, with their personal brands shaped by unique life stories and ambition,” Kinga explains. Her own successful LinkedIn journey was sparked by an MBA assignment in 2023. Over the course of eight months, she achieved a Top Voice badge, but her reach was still limited. This triggered extensive thesis research, dozens of interviews, and real-world testing, and eventually led to her conceptualising the iX3 framework. This framework consists of three powerful pillars: Intent, Influence and Impact. To date, her framework has helped around one hundred professionals, from EMBA students to women in tech, amplify their influence and craft unforgettable identities.

“I’m so excited to be part of the 2025 RightBrains Digital Talent Programme in the capacity as a teacher. The programme adds practical skills development in tandem with access to senior tech leaders – which I believe is a winning combination. I can’t wait to meet the 2025 group.”
